Renovation and conversion of an old laboratory for a residential use situated into a typical yard in the heart of Milan. To the original brick structure of the '700 have been added contemporary and sustainable materials of high-quality as concrete, wood, steel, iron and leather, to create a house of 300 square meters, where open and separated space create a perfect balance between scenographic effect and functionality.
